Dynamic sitting significantly improves the health and well-being of office workers. It can help to ensure regular activation and strengthening of the muscles of the trunk, and may also help to rehabilitate the muscle and its nerve after an injury. Exercises involving trunk muscle strengthening, motor control and/or balance training can promote better brain (endogenous) modulation of pain. And training the back muscles through active sitting is likely to result in better pain suppression in people with back pain.

Zelo pozitivno ocenjujem uporabo stola SpinaliS.

Gibljiv stol SpinaliS uporabljam pri svojem delu v očesni ambulanti in pri očesnih operacijah. Pri delu v ambulanti naredim veliko gibov, ki obremenjujejo predvsem ledveni del hrbtenice.

Velika gibljivost stola mi omogoča, da sedna ploskev stola sledi gibom hrbtenice. Tako mi stol razbremeni obremenitve v križu in jih enakomerno porazdeli. Uporaba stola SpinaliS mi omogoča posredno krepitev hrbtne muskulature in hkrati omogoča razgibavanje pri večurnem sedenju. Pri operacijah pa mi velika gibljivost stola omogoča nenehno prilagajanje celotnega telesa tako, da mi olajša pristop k operativnemu polju.

Stole uporabljajo tudi asistentke, ki prav tako zelo pozitivno ocenjujejo uporabo stola SpinaliS. Sedenje na tem stolu jih nenehno sili k aktivnosti celotne hrbtenice in hrbtne muskulature. Kljub sedenju se krepijo hrbtne mišice, hrbtenica pa je ves čas v gibanju.

Stol priporočam vsem, ki dolgo sedijo.

Družba postaja sedeča, otroci sedijo v šoli in doma. Sedijo, ko pišejo naloge, pri računalnikih sedijo po več ur, prav tako pred televizijo. Isto velja tudi za odrasle in starejše. S tem opuščamo aktivno oblikovanje telesa.

Če želimo, da se pri sedenju počutimo ugodno, moramo krepiti tiste mišice, ki so hrbtenici opora. Podpreti moramo tudi oba naravna loka hrbtenice, za kar pa je pomembno, da sedimo pravilno, to pa pomeni aktivno. Pri dolgotrajnem prisilnem sedenju si zlasti osnovnošolci privoščijo sedenje v nepravilni drži. Z leti pa takšno sedenje privede do nepravilne drže. Nevarnost, da postanejo eni od mnogih bolnikov z okvaro hrbtenice, je tu. Že veliko let se priporoča sedenje na velikih elastičnih žogah. Sedenje na žogi aktivira organizem, da išče in ohranja ravnotežje. S tem se krepijo že opisane mišice.

Stalno gibanje, ki ga zahteva sedenje na SpinaliS stolu, krepi hrbtne mišice, vretenca in medvretenčni diski pa so enakomerno obremenjeni. Z aktivnim sedenjem se preprečujejo okvare. Stol pa se priporoča vsem, ki dolgo sedijo, če sedijo v prisiljeni drži.

Žoga za sedenje in stol SpinaliS nam omogočata stalno gibanje medenice, kar spodbuja pravilno držo in ravnovesje telesa.

V zadnjem desetletju so zato, da bi lažje in čim dlje sedeli brez bolečin, tovarne izdelale najrazličnejše stole (kleki, gugu stol) in pripomočke (žogo, klinasto blazino). Sedenje moramo večkrat prekinjati, oziroma spreminjati položaj sedenja. Ko nekoga poslušamo, smo v kontaktu z naslonom stola (sedna ploskev je nagnjena nazaj), ko pišemo, se od naslona oddaljimo (sedna ploskev je nagnjena naprej). Pomembno vlogo pri sedenju ima medenica, ker se z vsakim njenim nagibom spremeni tudi položaj hrbtenice. Zato moramo skrbeti za močne mišice telesa, ki bodo skrbele, da bo razdalja med sramno kostjo in prsnico ves čas enaka (pri vseh načinih sedenja). Ne smemo dopustiti, da se ta razdalja zbliža, da se upognemo v hrbtenici in da nas sedenje utrudi.

Žoga za sedenje in stol SpinaliS nam omogočata stalno gibanje medenice. To je zelo pomembno, saj pravilen položaj medenice in hrbtenice vpliva na dihanje in prebavo, krepi mišice medeničnega dna, spodbuja pravilno držo in ravnovesje telesa.

I recommend this chair for patients with low back pain and people who sit a lot.

The idea of a chair design with a moving seat seems to me to be one of the extremely important things to prevent degeneration of the discus. The constant movement of the seat means that the muscles of the back have to work continuously, so that there is no unilateral strain, but rather that the strain is spread over the whole spine. I recommend this chair to patients with low back and other spinal pain, as well as to people who sit a lot, as I consider it to be one of the most important preventive measures for reducing back problems.

I recommend the SpinaliS chair to anyone suffering from low back pain and as a preventive measure to anyone who is exposed to prolonged sitting at work.

The SpinaliS chair is the perfect ergonomic solution. The spring-loaded seat requires constant adjustment of the paravertebral musculature in the central, working sitting position and maintenance of balance. This results in an upright posture and sustained activity of the paravertebral musculature. It is sitting in a backward reclining position (rest position) that offers the most ergonomically advantageous solution for still sitting.

I can personally testify to the great advantages of the SpinaliS compared to other work chairs. I have suffered from low back pain for 30 years and have had three severe bouts of lumboishialgia in the last 12 years, which I have dealt with through physiotherapy and constant exercises. After the last attack six months ago, I decided to have intervertebral disc surgery.

Since I have been using it, which is now five months, I no longer have the lower back pain that used to occur after long periods of sitting. Therefore, based on my knowledge and experience, I can recommend the SpinaliS chair to anyone who suffers from low back pain and as a preventive measure to anyone who is exposed to prolonged sitting at work.

Stol SpinaliS toplo priporočam vsaki bodoči mamici. V nosečnosti sem se na njem počutila izredno dobro.

Sem mamica dveh otrok in med drugo nosečnostjo sem ves čas vodila ginekološko ambulanto, doma pa so me čakale še običajne vsakodnevne obveznosti. Morda sem se ravno zaradi stola Spinalis, redne vsakodnevne vadbe, ki pa časovno ni presegla 15 minut, v nosečnosti počutila izredno dobro.

I found out about SpinaliS by accident and soon felt a relief in my spine.

I have been involved in gymnastics for 20 years. My whole life has been dedicated to one goal and that is to win a medal. That’s why I have to be mentally and physically prepared to the maximum in every competition. In 1997, I injured my spine when I fell from a pole. One disc was ruptured and one was compressed and my further sporting career was very questionable. I avoided surgery because the mobility of my spine would be greatly reduced after surgery. I tried all other options. With various therapies I have managed to rehabilitate the injury to some extent, but I never know when I will get a pinch in my lower back. I maintain this condition by regular visits to the masseur and chiropractor and by constantly thinking about the correct position of my spine in every position. As I am also studying, I spend quite a lot of time with my books. I also always make sure that my spine is in the right position when I sit, which can be very tiring and tiring in a normal chair. By chance I found out about SpinaliS and although at first it seemed pointless to use it, I soon felt a relief in my spine. As the spine is in the correct position when sitting in this chair, the muscles alongside it take the strain on the spine. After sitting on the SpinaliS, my spine is ready for a new workout without the additional stretching exercises that were unavoidable before using this chair. While I would not have prevented my injury by using it, I am convinced that using the SpinaliS immediately after my injury would have significantly reduced my recovery time.
