SpinaliS has a 3-year warranty on all parts except fabric. Natural characteristics of the leather and visible defects in the raw material are not subject to claim.
We guarantee the lifetime of the SpinaliS chair for 7 years, which means that you can buy all replacement parts during this period.
Good Buying Guarantee
The Good Buying Guarantee means that the customer can only return the SpinaliS chair within 30 days of delivery if he/she is not satisfied with the SpinaliS seating. If the customer is not satisfied with the SpinaliS chair and wishes to invoke the Good Buying Guarantee, we will only refund the full purchase price if the customer returns the chair undamaged, in its original packaging, with the warranty card. If the customer returns a chair that is dirty and the stain can be cleaned, we will charge 10% of the value of the chair for cleaning. In the event that the chair is damaged in any other way, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund to the customer by the amount of the cost of repairing the chair. The customer can benefit from a refund of up to two SpinaliS chairs. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the return. The refund applies only to chairs from the regular offer.
