I recommend this chair to anyone who sits for long periods of time.

Society is becoming sedentary, with children sitting at school and at home. They sit when they are writing assignments, they sit for hours on computers, they sit in front of the TV. The same applies to adults and the elderly. We are abandoning active body shaping.

If we want to feel comfortable while sitting, we need to strengthen the muscles that support the spine. We also need to support both natural arches of the spine, which is important if we are to sit properly, which means actively. Prolonged forced sitting, especially in primary school children, leads to sitting in an incorrect posture. Over the years, however, such sitting leads to incorrect posture. The risk of becoming one of the many patients with a spinal deformity is there. For many years, sitting on large elastic balls has been recommended. Sitting on a ball activates the organism to seek and maintain balance. This strengthens the muscles already described.

The constant movement required by sitting in a SpinaliS chair strengthens the back muscles, and the vertebrae and intervertebral discs are evenly loaded. Active sitting prevents breakdowns. The chair is recommended for people who sit for long periods of time in a forced posture.
