The most common cause of back pain

Modern working patterns mean more and more sitting. Research shows that adults now spend on average more than 6 hours a day sitting, and for office workers this is often even longer.

Stress management

    I have had this chair (Navigator model) for more that 15 years. I think that this is one of the first models. After this time the fabric got a bit worn out and the hydraulics got stuck so i took it in for a repair. I paid approx 50 EUR … More and the chair is as good as new. They even replaced the back pin that holds the backrest for free that I didnt even notice that it was broken. I would say its worh the money given that its hard to buy quality products these days that really last not to meantion the health benefits this chair brings. I have it at home and i can feel the difference if i work from home or from the office (where i dont have the navigator). Now that the COVID situation is becoming under control and we are returning to work in offices its becoming even more clear that this is indeed a perfect chair.
