I have a very positive opinion of the SpinaliS chair.

I use the SpinaliS mobile chair in my work in the eye clinic and in eye surgery. I do a lot of movements in the clinic, which put a lot of strain on the lumbar spine.

The chair’s high flexibility allows me to follow the movements of my spine on the seating surface. This relieves the strain on my lower back and distributes it evenly. Using the SpinaliS chair allows me to strengthen my back muscles indirectly and at the same time allows me to stretch when sitting for hours. In surgery, the chair’s high flexibility allows me to constantly adjust my whole body to facilitate my approach to the operating field.

The chairs are also used by assistants, who also speak very positively about the SpinaliS chair. Sitting in this chair forces them to constantly engage their entire spine and back musculature. Despite sitting, the back muscles are strengthened and the spine is constantly in motion.
