Very satisfied customer. I have a lot of back problems (kyphosis) and after just a few minutes of sitting I felt that my back muscles were "working". The chair actually helps with upright posture, which was a big problem for me … Mehr before. Since I chose a very "sedentary" profession, the desire to have this chair had been present and planned for a long time. Now I have it and I am absolutely satisfied. The chair works by strengthening the back muscles, so with regular use it helps us maintain a better posture even on other chairs. I recommend it for anyone who sits most of the day and has pain associated with it.

I’ve been using the Hacker chair for the past 5 years and it’s been great for my posture.
Recently I broke a chair lifter (gas pump) and the service was quick, easy and inexpensive.

I have had this chair (Navigator model) for more that 15 years. I think that this is one of the first models. After this time the fabric got a bit worn out and the hydraulics got stuck so i took it in for a repair. I paid approx 50 EUR … Mehr and the chair is as good as new. They even replaced the back pin that holds the backrest for free that I didnt even notice that it was broken. I would say its worh the money given that its hard to buy quality products these days that really last not to meantion the health benefits this chair brings. I have it at home and i can feel the difference if i work from home or from the office (where i dont have the navigator). Now that the COVID situation is becoming under control and we are returning to work in offices its becoming even more clear that this is indeed a perfect chair. The staff handling the repair were super friendly as well.
