Spremljali smo dva razreda. Prvi je bil opremljen z obi\u010dajnimi \u0161olskimi stoli, drugi pa<a href=\"https:\/\/www.spinalis.com\/pisarniski-stoli\/spinalis-basic\/\"> z otro\u0161kimi stoli SpinaliS<\/a>, ki smo jih priredili za sedenje in delo v \u0161oli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fizioterapevti in ortopedi so otrokom vsako leto preverjali dr\u017eo, mo\u010d hrbtnih mi\u0161ic in splo\u0161no stanje hrbtenice. S pomo\u010djo videoposnetkov pa je univ.dipl.psih. spremljala koncentracijo pri \u0161olskem delu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po petletni primerjavi obeh razredov so bile razlike \u017ee o\u010ditne; razvitost hrbtnih in trebu\u0161nih mi\u0161ic, bolj\u0161a dr\u017ea in manj otrok s prekomerno te\u017eo so bile zna\u010dilnost razreda s stoli SpinaliS. Dosedanji rezultati ka\u017eejo, da tudi otroci pri delu sede potrebujejo aktivno sedenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div zabavi\u0161\u010dnem parku, vendar so tu \u0161e mo\u010dni pozitivni u\u010dinki na zdravje in dr\u017eo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-2-background-color has-background Nepravilna dr\u017ea v zgodnjem otro\u0161tvu in nato v puberteti (naj bo to v \u0161oli ali pred TV zaslonom), prete\u017eke \u0161olske torbe, nepravilna prehrana in pomanjkanje fizi\u010dne dejavnosti lahko slabo vplivajo na ustroj in razvoj mi\u0161i\u010dno-skeletnega sistema. V tem \u010dasu se lahko zaradi razli\u010dnih vplivov okolja (dolgotrajno sedenje, no\u0161enje prete\u017ekih torb v eni roki, sklanjanje nad pisalno mizo ipd.) razvijejo neustrezni refleksi dr\u017ee, ki ostanejo trajni. Otrok s slabo dr\u017eo odraste v \u010dloveka s slabo dr\u017eo. Kasneje se giba in ohranja ravnote\u017eje ter opravlja svoj poklic z ve\u010djim mi\u0161i\u010dnim naporom. Vse na\u0161teto se ka\u017ee v hitrej\u0161i utrujenosti, manj\u0161i produktivnosti ter v hitrej\u0161em staranju tkiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K sre\u010di je nepravilna dr\u017ea pogosto posledica nezadostnega in nepravilnega delovanja mi\u0161ic, ki se dajo hote, z voljo in disciplino popolnoma popraviti (za razliko od deformacij in drugih po\u0161kodb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideja stola s premikajo\u010dim sede\u017eem se mi zdi ena izmed pomembnih stvari za prepre\u010devanje slabe dr\u017ee in s tem tudi za prepre\u010devanje degeneracije diskusa.
