Sitting needs to be interrupted or changed several times. When we listen to someone, we are in contact with the back of the chair (the seat is tilted backwards), when we write, we move away from the back (the seat is tilted forwards). The pelvis plays an important role in sitting because with every tilt of the pelvis, the position of the spine changes. Therefore, we need to make sure that the muscles of the body are strong and that the distance between the pubic bone and the sternum is the same at all times (in all positions of sitting). We must not allow this distance to close, bending the spine and making sitting tiring.

The SpinaliS ball and chair allow us to keep the pelvis moving while we are sitting. This is very important as the correct position of the pelvis and spine affects breathing and digestion, strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, promotes correct posture and body balance.

[331

post-19683","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-reviews
["GET
